Local Meditation Gatherings are open to any practitioner of Neelakantha Meditation. Please contact Jayendra Hanley, Authorized Teacher of Neelakantha Meditation, to reserve your spot: jayendra.hanley@gmail.com. Start time is EST (East coast U.S.) and lasts 60 minutes. We recently started meeting every Wednesday. This session is focused on practice, including preparations for meditation, a 25-minute group practice of Neelakantha Meditation, and then a cooling down session. Jayendra can stay past the hour if someone has a question.
