This three-day Blue Throat Ma??ala of practice, from August 18 to 21, 2024 will be offered in person only at Centre Tara in the Eastern Townships, Québec (Canada). Taught in English and French.
During BTY Ma??alas we have the opportunity to practice together, to meditation more often each day in alternation with other supportive practices. In the quiet environment and stillness cultivated by our immersed practice, we take time to reflect on precious sacred teachings of the ??kta-?aiva lineage to support a deepening and clarifying understanding of the Self, our life and path.
