EHS is the foundational flagship course of the Blue throat Yoga study curriculum. This unparalleled course is guided by highly experienced senior teachers, and is an extraordinary opportunity to learn about the profound and liberative teachings of the Shakta-Shaiva Non-dual tradition.
The new format of EHS makes it more accessible to students all over the world. EHS now consists of three shorter courses, each organized around a broad theme: the Light of the Heart, the Language of the Heart and the Wisdom of the Heart.
Students can register for any of the courses in any order, or can take any one as a stand- alone course.
EHS Language of the Heart starts on February 6 and meets online on select Fridays at 12:00 pm US East.
